Combining my many years’ of direct people and performance management, training and development experience I offer a range of professional facilitation services to companies wishing to attract, assess, review, retain and develop their staff.

Through a series of consultation sessions, I work closely with my clients (typically Business owners/Managers) across various industry sectors to ascertain the core concerns around people or process performance improvements.

Through root-cause analysis I suggest practical and implementable solutions to facilitate the required change within organisations.

Similar to my training style, my facilitation puts people at the heart of my delivery ensuring key take-aways are achieved and clarity is ensured.

From team alignment and organisational health check-ups to Interview Skills Coaching for Employers I apply a company-specific approach and offer a follow-up session to review the success of the process.

Facilitation sessions are also offered on a 1:1 basis but typically these take the form of a Coaching or Mentoring capacity.
