From team alignment and organisational health check-ups to Interview Skills Coaching for Employers I apply a company-specific approach and offer a follow-up session to review the success of the process.
Facilitation sessions are also offered on a 1:1 basis but typically these take the form of a Coaching or Mentoring capacity.
